film/TV composer Vic Mizzy who wrote the well known theme music for Green Acres and The Addams Family has died of heart failure at age 93.

I love that song. It always makes me remember my old friends that died young. some in car accidents,shootings,drownings...etc. alcohol has played a big part in most of their deaths.

French Anthropologist Claude Levi-Strauss Dies at 100
I don't think I put him in the tribute to Jewish brains thread, but here he goes.
