 Very well. You cannot use "sth" as an abbreviation for someone. I used to use "s.o", but gave up because no one got it. Just write out the whole word. Quote: Or it is just a Japanese version name of "gay?"  Write: "Or is it just another way to say "gay" in Japanese?"

I had a quick read through this thread and regarding the English topic, American English Vs English English like has been mentioned to compare the to and various other home made dialects is ridicules.
when Traveling abroad both the English and the Americans have issues understanding the spoken English of one another, due to accents and just the way the language its used and presented. Technically True English would have always evolved from England however i see american and other versions as a hybrid mix. the main issue allot of the time is not that person does not understand multiple dialects and lives in a world of one which in this day and age is just incorrect for my view point since there are many ways of speaking English now and the more variations of English you can speak and understand the better.
