 MedOne insurance plan for foreigners in Japan

Post MedOne insurance plan for foreigners in Japan
I will be in Japan for less than 1 year, so I dont qualify for the national plan.

Does anyone have any experience with MedOne health insurance offered for expats in Japan?

is it trust worthy?
